Roles
What owners, supervisors and agents can see and do.
Everyone in Chatwig has one role: Owner, Supervisor or Agent. The role decides which chats a person sees and which pages they can open.

Good to know
- Each organization has one owner. Supervisors and agents get their login from the owner or a supervisor: see Add people to your team.
- Only the owner can change a role. Supervisors only create agents.
- A supervisor manages an agent only when that agent works nowhere but in the supervisor's inboxes.
- An agent sees a chat when nobody has it yet (the AI agent's chats and the queue), or when it's theirs. Once a teammate takes a chat, it leaves other agents' lists.
- Which inboxes a person works in is set on the Team page, or by groups.
