Accept your invite

Your organization is set up for you by the Chatwig team or your partner, who emails you an invite link. Accepting it makes you the owner.

Invite email → invite link

1. Open the link in the email. The page says Set up and your organization's name.
2. Your Email is already filled in. Enter Your name.
3. Choose a password in Enter new password and type it again in Repeat new password. Use at least 10 characters.
4. Click Continue.
5. Set up two-factor sign-in: scan the QR code with your authenticator app, enter the code and save your backup codes. Sign in walks through each screen.
6. If your organization has no inbox yet, you see Set up your business. Enter a Business name, such as your online shop's name.
7. Under Describe your business, write what you sell and how you deliver. Click Create workspace.

You land in Chat. Next, install the widget on your site.

• An invite works for 7 days. If it has expired or was cancelled, ask whoever invited you to send a new one.
• Already have an account with that email? Enter your Password and click Sign in and continue.
• An invite that says Take over hands an existing organization to you. It becomes yours once your account is set up.
• Your AI agent uses your business description to answer customers. You can refine it later.
• Supervisors and agents don't get invites. You create their logins yourself: see Add people to your team.
